Coordinate with Warehouse and Accounts Payable to reconcile POs, receipts, and invoices.
Build and maintain professional vendor relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Support inventory replenishment based on demand, lead times, and operational requirements.
Apply knowledge of pricing, landed costs, and purchasing controls in daily decisions.
Assist in documenting and standardizing purchasing processes.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals. Required Qualifications5-10 years of purchasing/procurement experience in distribution, wholesale, or similar environments.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, data analysis).Experience with ERP/purchasing systems (Sage or similar).Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Fully onsite — no remote work.
