Full-Time Position Description Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a busy office environment? Recovery Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Business Clerk - Purchasing to support the daily operations of our business office and ensure essential supplies are available for the individuals we serve. This role plays a key part in inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and the distribution of clothing and supplies throughout the site. If you are organized, enjoy working with data and inventory systems, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Do Manage the distribution of clothing for individuals served and maintain accurate distribution logs and documentation. Organize clothing inventory and supplies to ensure efficient storage and access. Conduct monthly inventory counts and enter inventory data into Business Central (BC). Prepare purchase orders using Business Central and assist with resolving inventory and general ledger mapping issues. Support the Purchasing Coordinator with purchase order creation and purchasing activities. Receive and process deliveries, ensuring inventory records are updated accurately in the receiving module. Conduct weekly inventories of medical and hygiene supplies and coordinate timely distribution to residential and treatment units. Participate in annual fixed asset inventory activities. Maintain organized records and files to support purchasing and inventory functions. Assist with special projects and other business office duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Education High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Experience Two (2) years of business office-related purchasing experience (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred). Why Join Us?
