Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Request and update vendor pricing to ensure accurate and current information is available.
- Maintain and organize project vendor lists and product feature records.
- Communicate pricing updates and design modifications to relevant teams effectively.
- Ensure project plans are up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive product binders and documentation for new construction projects.
- Process purchase orders, change orders, and notices to proceed promptly and accurately.
- Manage vendor paperwork and contract files, keeping them organized and complete.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices or purchase orders efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of bid packages for upcoming projects.
- Support office organization by maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
