Core Duties Procure essential raw materials, ingredients, packaging supplies, and services to ensure production goals are met. Oversee the complete lifecycle of purchase orders within the ERP system, handling everything from initial entry to final reconciliation. Confirm that all incoming supplies strictly adhere to established quality tolerances and shelf-life standards. Defining Success Demonstrate the ability to manage and rank daily procurement priorities autonomously. Help guarantee that all necessary supplies are delivered punctually and according to exact specifications. Ensure the integrity of all purchase order records by maintaining precise documentation throughout the entire process. Qualifications Minimum of one year spent working in a procurement or purchasing capacity. Practical knowledge of ERP software platforms such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Dynamics, or Fishbowl. Background in generating purchase orders, processing receipts, balancing invoices, and monitoring lot numbers or expiration dates. High level of organizational proficiency and a meticulous eye for detail. Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively while working with limited oversight.
