Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain supplier information Analyze demand and supply data to support purchasing decisions Create, process, and track purchase orders Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules Review accounts payable (AP) invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with internal departments to support procurement and operational needs Assist with general purchasing and procurement-related administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support preferred Ability to work independently, and learn quickly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to analyze data and manage multiple priorities Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong typing skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic record systems Ability to work collaboratively across departments
