GEM-Realty.com We're looking for an experienced, licensed Realtor to join our small team in a part-time role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys real estate, technology, social media and marketing and wants to be part of a friendly, fun and professional team. We work hard, but we enjoy what we do. You'll also have the opportunity to learn a lot and be involved in many different areas of the business, including residential sales, luxury homes, marketing, new construction, land and development. The position is approximately 20 hours per week at $20/hour with potential for commission, with a semi-flexible schedule. There are also opportunities to earn additional commissions from buyer and lease leads we provide.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting or holding open houses Showing homes to buyers Attending inspections and final walk-throughs as needed Buyer follow up Helping with buyer and listing activities Helping create and manage social media content and posts Assisting with real estate marketing, property flyers, email marketing and listing promotion Helping our broker and current assistant with day-to-day real estate activities Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a real estate background who is also creative, tech savvy, willing to learn and comfortable taking initiative.

Requirements :

Active Michigan real estate license At least 2 years of real estate experience At least 8 closed real estate transactions preferred Strong knowledge of social media and how businesses use it effectively Computer and technology savvy ( Comfortable with AI tools, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, Google Sheets/Google Workspace and similar programs ) Reliable, professional and well-maintained transportation Reasonable daytime flexibility for appointments, inspections and showings Knowledge of new construction, home building, vacant land or the building industry is a definite plus. Schedule, Pay & Commission $20/hour Plus Commission | Approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility The schedule is semi-flexible, with some work that can be completed from outside of normal office hours. Other responsibilities will require being at our Northville office or out in the field (local). Occasional quick work outside of office hours may be needed. In addition to hourly pay, you'll have opportunities to earn additional real estate commissions from buyer and residential lease leads we provide.
