ESSENTIAL
DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Drop-ship Purchase Orders Online ordering Update vendor Purchase Order confirmations Process repairs, warranties and returned goods Assist Shipping and Receiving, as required Assist Inventory Control Manager, as required Other Warehouse Operations duties, as assigned An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. Work hours average 40 per week; may require additional hours including evening and weekends depending on business needs. Standard work hours for the service department are Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm. Work typically performed in an indoor shop environment.
Requirements:
Experience with Epicor's P21 or other commercial inventory management software
