CLUB & POSITION OVERVIEW
Established in 1930, Kenwood Country Club is the premier family club in the Cincinnati area and one of the top Clubs in the Midwest. The club offers tremendous facilities, including two championship,18-hole golf courses, tennis, paddle tennis, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an expansive pool and pavilion area, and a sophisticated renovated clubhouse. The club has a total of 925 members and remains on a waitlist of approximately two years for social membership and five years for golf membership. By working at Kenwood CC, you will be surrounded by world-class amenities, service, and culture. The club seeks to hire an Purchasing Assistant to support and assist the Purchasing Manager. In addition, the Purchasing Assistant will provide support to all departments. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting with general club purchasing and receiving Processing daily produce orders Processing weekly beverage orders Stocking of kitchen coolers and freezers Daily cleaning of storage areas for efficiency Purchasing Assistant skills and qualifications: Two to three years of related experience in the food and beverage/hospitality industry Experience with a country club ERP system is preferred but not required. Proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) Verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Problem solving and decision making Ability to lift 25-50-pound boxes, bottles, and misc. items

This is a part-time position.
