Job Description

Kennedy Lewis Housing Solutions (KLHS) leverages Kennedy Lewis Investment Management's established franchise providing capital solutions to homebuilders and land developers nationwide. KLHS seeks to deepen these industry partnerships by delivering innovative products and services that address key operational challenges facing the homebuilding industry today. Position Overview KLHS is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Purchasing Associate to support the creation and growth of a best-in-class national purchasing and GPO platform. Reporting to the Senior Purchasing Director, this individual will play a key role in supplier management, contract administration, rebate program execution, budgeting support, and the development of strategic purchasing initiatives designed to create value for homebuilder partners nationwide. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of KLHS's national purchasing and GPO strategy. Assist in negotiating, managing, and administering national and regional supplier agreements and rebate programs. Maintain and strengthen relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and trade partners. Support plan budgeting, cost analysis, pricing updates, and purchasing-related reporting. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and builder partners to ensure successful program implementation and execution. Assist in developing purchasing processes, analytics, and reporting tools to support a growing platform. Qualifications 2-3+ years of purchasing, procurement, or sourcing experience with a high-volume production homebuilder. Experience supporting supplier negotiations, contract administration, rebate programs, and purchasing operations. Familiarity with plan budgeting, cost management, and residential construction materials and trades. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong supplier, vendor, and trade relationships. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Bachelor's degree required. Location Hybrid office locations are preferred in: Scottsdale, AZ Philadelphia, PA Miami, FL Remote candidates may be considered for exceptional individuals with relevant homebuilding purchasing experience.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
