Job Description

Primary Job Functions are, but not limited to the follow: Assist with preparing, processing, and tracking purchase orders. Obtain and compare vendor quotes, pricing, availability, and lead times. Maintain accurate purchasing records, vendor information, pricing, and product information. Enter purchase orders into ERP/accounting systems. Coordinate with operations, warehouse, accounting and management to ensure purchasing requirements are met. Assist with receiving, pricing, quantity, and invoicing discrepancies. Additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous purchasing, procurement, administrative, and inventory experience preferred. High School Diploma. Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel. Ability to read and write English and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with vendors and internal departments Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadline. Attention to detail.
