What your future day will look like: Process hardware, software, subscription, and licensing purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and adherence to service expectations. Maintain and update purchase order information, including estimated arrival dates and shipment status within SAP. Monitor open orders and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery, invoicing, or customer expectations. Review and address blocked or parked invoices to support accurate and timely financial processing. Collaborate with supplier representatives, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to coordinate purchasing activities and provide order support. Build strong supplier relationships while supporting inventory flow, sales opportunities, and operational performance.
