Job Description
Job Overview Receptionist/Purchasing Assistant manages the physical front desk while executing high-precision procurement for both production-line raw materials and daily administrative supplies. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role includes greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing schedules, maintaining a welcoming front office environment, and supporting purchasing activities. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Job Requirements:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Compliance Awareness :
