Turnovers, Cleaning, and Property Support) We're looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented person to join our team. This role supports two types of operations: 1.

Airbnb Turnovers :

Cleaning and resetting short‑term rental units between guest or contractor crew stays. 2.

Hourly Residential/Commercial Cleanings :

Scheduled cleanings and maintenance scheduling/management as needed for the various properties we operate. This position is ideal for someone who wants flexibility . You can generally set your own hours around bookings, but you must also be comfortable with: Short-notice cleanings when reservations change Busy periods with multiple turnovers Slow periods where hours may dip Working independently, managing and maintaining high standards This is a great fit for someone looking for supplemental income, a flexible schedule, or a job that adapts to their availability — as long as you can also be responsive when needed. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Dependable and communicative Able to work efficiently without supervision Comfortable with variable hours Willing to learn our cleaning standards and procedures Must have reliable transportation What We Provide Training on our cleaning process and back up help with overflow laundry or other miscellaneous services All cleaning supplies Clear communication about upcoming bookings A supportive team and consistent expectations Compensation • Pay will be discussed during the interview and may vary depending on the type of cleaning and unit size.
