Responsibilities:
Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients via online chat, phone, email, text and fax and patient and referral source interaction on the phone You will work with internal teams and Regional Office Coordinators to assist with customer service and scheduling efforts Learn and navigate through 2 EMR systems Scheduling patients for all 34 of our locations in both NJ and PA Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients Demonstrate amazing Customer Service and maintain HIPAA Compliance.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills. Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills. Excellent multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience in medical reception but not required Previous history with and working knowledge of insurance benefits, administrative duties, customer service and office experience a plus.
