Surgical Scheduler for Surgical Services The Surgery and Procedural Scheduler is responsible for the centralized scheduling, coordination, and optimization of surgical and procedural cases across Operating Rooms, Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, and Endoscopy in an acute care hospital setting. This role ensures accurate case scheduling, resource alignment, regulatory compliance, and effective communication between physicians, clinical teams, pre-admission services, and ancillary departments. The scheduler supports efficient patient access, maximized room utilization, reduced delays and cancellations, and high-quality patient experience.
