Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Appointment Scheduler to join our energetic team! In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and our sales teams, coordinating appointments with precision and enthusiasm. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will ensure seamless interactions, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Engage with clients via outbound calls, warm calling, and telemarketing to schedule appointments efficiently. Utilize CRM software such as to manage client information, track interactions, and update appointment schedules accurately. Negotiate appointment times with clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability and readiness for scheduled appointments, supporting business development efforts. Follow up with clients as needed to confirm appointments, reschedule when necessary, and provide outstanding customer service. Maintain detailed records of all interactions within CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities for outreach and client engagement strategies. Skills Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales environments. Skilled in negotiation and persuasive communication to secure appointments and foster client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software or similar platforms for managing customer data. Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle outbound calling campaigns efficiently. Strong customer service orientation combined with effective business development techniques. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
