$55,000- 59,000
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm with alternating Saturdays once a month; 7am-3pm.Job Summary :
The HRO Specialist provides administrative & operational support for HR programs & services, ensuring efficient execution of payroll support, employee records management, employee service functions, & compliance-related activities. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries & supports the overall effectiveness of the HRO Department. They must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, & customer service while operating in a fast-paced environment.Duties And Responsibilities:
HRMS Administration:
Maintain employee records and perform HR system updates, audits, and data entry.
Employee Records Management and Access Administration:
Process and maintain personnel files, employment documentation, corrective actions, attendance records, and termination paperwork. Process HMMA badge applications and renewals, maintain required supporting documentation, coordinate badge-related records, and ensure employee access information remains current and compliant with company requirements.Employee Service Support:
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, employment verification requests, and HR processes.Termination Administration:
Process terminations, prepare documentation, obtain approvals, and ensure timely completion of separation procedures.Unemployment and Verification Processing:
Complete employment verifications and assist with unemployment claim administration.Compliance Support:
Maintain documentation and records to support regulatory compliance and internal audits.Cross-Functional Support:
Collaborate with departments to resolve employee issues and fulfill special requests.Employee Outreach:
Conduct routine production floor visits to answer employee questions and provide HR assistance.- Assist with benefits enrollment activities, attendance administration, and leave documentation.
- Support departmental projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Extreme ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication (written/oral), presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Required:
2-3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting. 2-3 years of overseeing hiring and recruiting in a fast paced environment. Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively without compromising quality. Must have strong organizational and time-management skills. Candidates must also be able to easily adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume, and ever-changing work environment. Candidate must have a strong work ethic, work proactively, and take initiative needing little to no supervision with completing task. Candidate must be able to effectively manage multiple roles simultaneously. A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong understanding and implementation of HR best practices is necessary.Preferred:
4+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.Equipment:
Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office Suite.Universal Expectations:
Follow all Safety and Environmental policies and procedures. Ensure compliance following HR processes, SOPs, and all GAL safety regulations and procedures. Ensure that all care is provided with respect to customer, client and co-workers' rights. Ensure a safe and clean work environment. Maintain confidentiality. Adhere to work schedules to complete and performing assigned tasks.Job Type:

$55,000.00- $59,000.
