The location in Ashdown, (Arkansas, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Recovery Operations Reliability Coordinator . This job is full-time permanent.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides support to the Power Department in the form of day-to-day leadership, project management, temporary supervision (including shifts), inventory management, production scheduling, maintenance planning, and operator training. Provide support for shutdowns and shutdown planning. Participate in department incident investigations and serve in the department's weekend duty rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
High School diploma or equivalent Successful completion of the TABE, CRC, or Nowlin Test Post secondary studies in a technical discipline are preferred. Minimum of 5 years related experience.
SKILLS:
Advanced knowledge is needed in safety. Knowledge in the Recovery Boiler/Recaustizing Process Analytical problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills both internally and externally Proficient computer skills Continuous Improvement Quality Assurance

Demonstrated ability to manage by influence, working with a group as a team member or the ability to lead by example.
