As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Installation Scheduler to join our office team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule the installation of metal buildings efficiently. Communicate effectively with customers, providing installation dates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service. Communicate with installers to ensure all resources and materials are available for scheduled installations. Monitor installation processes, making real-time adjustments to schedules as required to address any unforeseen delays or issues. Maintain and update installation records and scheduling databases. Ensure compliance with all safety and local regulations during the scheduling and installation process. Provide feedback to management on potential improvements in the scheduling and installation processes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in operations management or related field is a plus. Experience as a scheduler, dispatcher, or in a similar role; experience in construction or installation industries is highly preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact with customers and team members professionally. Proficient in MS Office and any relevant software for scheduling or project management. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving aptitude.
