Automotive/Financial Services Job Summary Support auction operations and help process and sell auction vehicles in line with company agreements, and report to the Remarketing Manager. Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on a regular basis. What You'll Do Monitor third-party inspection vendors to ensure inspection guidelines are followed. Review monthly vendor invoices for accuracy and recommend payment decisions on exceptions. Track and analyze inspection vendor performance. Manage vendor relationships to keep inspections accurate and timely. What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in financial services, remarketing, repossession, claims, Loan or auctions (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Skilled at managing conflict and de-escalating disputes. Comfortable running multiple processes and systems, including MS Office. Background in customer service. Solid negotiation skills. Strong investigative and problem-solving skills. Experience in remarketing, automotive, or auction settings, ideally in customer-facing or admin roles. Able to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced, team environment.
