Overview
GRANDIA SUPPLY CHAIN INC.
is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Global Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support domestic and international logistics, procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution operations. This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods across the supply chain, maintaining accurate operational records, and collaborating with suppliers, freight carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and committed to delivering operational excellence. Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, transportation, inventory management, warehousing, and order fulfillment Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of operations Monitor shipment status, inventory availability, delivery schedules, and logistics performance Prepare and maintain purchase orders, shipping documentation, inventory reports, freight records, and operational dashboards Support demand planning, inventory forecasting, replenishment strategies, and stock optimization initiatives Maintain accurate data within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Analyze supply chain KPIs, transportation costs, inventory trends, and vendor performance to identify opportunities for process improvements Coordinate supplier evaluations and assist with procurement planning and vendor relationship management Resolve logistics issues, shipment discrepancies, and inventory variances while ensuring excellent customer service Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, import/export requirements, and industry best practices Requirements Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, transportation, procurement, warehouse operations, or inventory control preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, or Operations Management preferred Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar enterprise software Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and inventory management platforms Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting and business intelligence tools Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies
APICS/ASCM
