Shay's Appliance Inc. is seeking a dependable and organized individual to join our Service Department . This position will be responsible for coordinating service calls, assisting customers, and managing parts while supporting the day-to-day operations of the service department.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with service needs Schedule and coordinate service calls for technicians Coordinate parts ordering, receiving, and tracking Communicate with customers regarding service appointments and parts availability Maintain accurate service records and documentation Assist with invoicing and other administrative duties Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks Work closely with service technicians and management to keep daily operations running efficiently

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or office experience preferred QuickBooks experience required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional and friendly phone manner Strong attention to detail Appliance service or parts experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
