Procedure Scheduler

Pain Management office in Gilbert seeking an experienced and motivated Procedure Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage a high patient volume, and maintains a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate and schedule interventional pain management procedures across multiple facilities Communicate directly with patients regarding pre-procedure instructions and follow-up appointments Continuously monitor and adjust schedules to fill cancellations and maintain efficient workflow Ensure absolute accuracy during prep by verifying that every scheduled procedure matches the physician's exact medical order. .Confirm that valid, active insurance prior authorizations are secured and match the ordered procedure.
