Colson Group is also seeking an Outbound Coordinator for our newly opened location in Atlanta. A day in the life You're the operational hub—from the moment goods arrive, through stocking, to final shipment. You translate demand into action by assigning work, staging materials, and tracking performance. You anticipate issues, resolve delays, and keep cross-functional teams aligned so orders depart on time and in full. What you'll own Print, organize, and distribute daily pick tickets to the team. Stay on top of the shared inbox: monitor and respond to emails promptly. Plan, schedule, process, and monitor assembly work orders from start to finish. Create and manage transfer orders to support geographic fulfillment through the DC. Identify, troubleshoot, and prioritize past-due orders to reduce backlog. Process group/batch orders and coordinate related activities. Follow up on overdue transfer and purchase orders; escalate when needed. Check status of past-due lines and expedite inventory wherever possible. Run metrics and operational reports; flag trends and opportunities. Track and report missed shipments and implement corrective actions. Meet established timelines and service-level commitments. Adhere to all company policies, rules, and regulations. Perform related duties as assigned to support DC performance. Experience you bring 3+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment. Comfort with computers and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Clear, efficient communicator and collaborative team member. Epicor ERP exposure is preferred (not required). Skills and requirements Lead by example; solve problems and help the team hit goals. Highly organized, meticulous, and calm under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities without losing track of details. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Epicor knowledge is a plus. Forklift certification or willingness to become certified. Education High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
