THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE!

! If you don't like talking to people, don't want to knock doors, or need someone constantly pushing you to work, this probably isn't the position for you. You will be walking neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners face-to-face. If you're the person who hears "no" and keeps going, we'd like to meet you.

Solar is a major residential industry in Arizona, and homeowners are increasingly interested in ways to manage their energy costs.

Your job is simple:

Open the conversation → Find the opportunity → Set the appointment. Our sales team takes it from there. We're looking for people who are ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to earn. [Bring the energy. We'll teach you the process.] Will pay hourly for training. Pay will not be paid out for training if pursuing job less than a month. Established employee with ten years experience is pulled to train and take time from business to put in time to help you succeed in a growing career. Commission raises based on performance. Start of earning potential 2k+ weekly. What you put into it, is what you get out of it. Just like ANY sales position.
