As a Mission Control Associate, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting service operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and resourcefulness, which will align successfully in the organization.

Be the first point of contact for basic remote vehicle troubleshooting Support commercial service operations from the service operations command center Ensure all operational teams are ready for service by completing pre-mission startup checklists Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operation within your market Create and escalate service disruption events via internal ticketing systems What's Needed? Ability to type 45 WPM Prior experience with troubleshooting systems Computer literacy proficiency Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Proactive and resourcefulness mindset What's in it for me?
