KMTC operates an international container shipping network connecting major trade lanes across Asia and other regions. We are establishing and expanding our U.S. presence in Tempe, AZ and nearby cities, and we are seeking motivated, capable professionals who want to grow with us. Job Summary Support the day-to-day execution of vessel schedules and operational activities. This role plays a key part in monitoring performance, managing exceptions, and ensuring smooth communication across internal and global teams. Key Responsibilities Monitor vessel schedules, arrivals, departures, and operational milestones Track and manage exceptions, delays, and service disruptions Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and updates for stakeholders Coordinate with internal departments and global network offices Support documentation and compliance requirements related to vessel operations Analyze operational data and contribute to continuous improvement efforts This role may require flexibility to support evolving business and operational needs Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, administrative, or coordination roles Bachelor's degree preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. (Form I-9 verification required upon hire) Shipping or logistics experience is a plus but not required Must be able to work onsite at the assigned office location
