Full Job Description Position Description:
The Expeditor is responsible for ensuring the timely flow of materials, components, and information throughout the manufacturing process. This role coordinates between production, procurement, and logistics teams to prevent delays, resolve bottlenecks, and keep production schedules on track.

Essential Functions:
Monitor production schedules and track the progress of orders through the manufacturing process Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials and components are available when needed Identify potential delays or shortages and take proactive steps to resolve them Communicate with production supervisors, planners, and suppliers to maintain workflow continuity Prioritize and expedite critical orders to meet customer deadlines Maintain accurate records of order status, material availability, and production progress Assist in inventory management and ensure proper material handling Generate reports on production status, delays, and performance metrics Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinates between production, procurement, and logistics teams.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills): High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, business, or related field) 13 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially
Excel Essential Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods since this role may require occasional visits to the production floor to observe processes or gather data, candidates should be able to stand or walk for periods of time in a manufacturing environment. Fine motor skills and manual dexterity required for tasks such as data entry, handling documents, and using various analytical tools or equipment that may be part of cost analysis processes. The ability to read and interpret detailed data, charts, spreadsheets, and technical information on computer screens and paper documents. This includes viewing production processes and materials closely during audits or assessments. Ability to Lift and Carry up to 20
Pounds:
Though not a physically demanding job, occasional lifting and carrying of equipment, files, or documents may be required, especially during onsite reviews or when working with productionrelated materials.
