CULTURE JOB SPECIFICATIONS

+ Most of this position will be in the office, but you will be required often to go out into the yard (with a hard hat and boots) to get documents/coordinate with personnel. + Keeps log of services, equipment, and materials that are reliable and consistent + Create and file BOL (Bill of Lading) documents for logistics team + Manages Operations calendar to coordinate meetings, deliveries, drop offs and other events + Document information, as needed, to include key discussions and decisions for production and logistics + Support operations manager and teams + Assist with office supply inventory + Data entry and department filing + Maintain & promote communication between departments

EXPERIENCE

+ 1+ years' experience in related field + Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook) & basic computer/internet skills + Must have construction experience + Extreme attention to detail + Ability to multitask + Must be quality, detail, and accuracy oriented + Great verbal and written communication skills are required + Must be proactive, self-disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of an awesome team. + Professional working proficiency in English ?
