Alhambra, CA Job Details Part-time $18 - $28 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Social media marketing Insurance verification English Medical scheduling Patient interaction Full Job Description We are a boutique dental office located in Alhambra, and we are currently looking for an creative, energetic, fast-paced, highly enthusiastic and great communicator who can assist in office coordination and patient interaction. This is a position that highly encourages the use of both English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin to communicate with patients and schedule patients when needed. The candidate must be able to work quickly and be able to resolve issues and work on their own after adequate training. This position requires the following duties and tasks:

• The candidate must have a happy and caring personality
• Help schedule patients for their routine appointments
• Checking Insurance and dental plan eligibility
• Following up with insurance companies
• Confirmation calls
• Answering patient phone calls
• Being an excellent multi-tasker
• Help incorporate social media and marketing into our office structure with new ideas
• Managing and following up with existing patients as well as potential new patients This position will allow you to expand your skill set and further your experiences.

No experience is necessary, but we do require the candidate to have an open mind and most of all, are willing to learn.
