Extron has an opening for an International Operations Clerk to work full time in our Anaheim, CA location.

Job Duties:

Maintain proper levels on Finished Goods inventory by monitoring the MPS/MRP and releasing purchase orders as required.

Coordinators in Asia subcontract companies and electronic component manufacturers for purchase order administration.

Interface with project managers on product life cycle.

Maintain a consignment database.

Generate month-end reporting.

Manage data transfer of documents to TK suppliers.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience with Asian subcontracting and electronic component manufacturing.

Experience with freight forwarding, duty, and customs regulations.

Daily expediting of orders and updating product status.

Knowledge of electronic components, cable, cable assemblies, and metal fabrication.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent negotiating, planning, and purchasing skills.

High attention to detail, organization, and computer literacy.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional office environment.

Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Range:

$25.00 to $28.00 per hour. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
