Minimum 4 hours per day, with some days up to 8 hours depending on workload Job Summary Q-LEAP is seeking a sharp, dependable, and organized Operations Assistant to support both office operations and warehouse activities at our Anaheim location. This is a hands-on role that combines clerical support, logistics coordination, order processing, and warehouse assistance. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and practical day-to-day operational work. The role starts part-time and may grow into a full-time opportunity over time. Responsibilities Process invoices, purchase orders, and routine operational paperwork Reply to standard customer and vendor emails in a professional manner Assist with order entry, shipment coordination, and tracking Support logistics, fulfillment, and general office workflow Receive, pack, prepare, and organize products in the warehouse Assist with inventory handling and warehouse upkeep Help maintain smooth day-to-day office and warehouse operations Support general business tasks as needed Qualifications No prior experience required; relevant experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable, organized, and professional Good written communication and basic computer skills Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings Able to perform light physical work Forklift experience is a plus, but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is coachable, hardworking, and ready to grow with a small company.
