We are committed to quality, continuous improvement, and investing in our people. We're looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant . This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career who wants to gain valuable experience in manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and business operations. Previous shipping and receiving experience is not required . We are looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training—the right person simply needs to show up ready to grow. Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming shipments. Package and prepare outgoing customer shipments. Create shipping labels and packing slips. Organize inventory and maintain accurate records. Deliver materials throughout the shop as needed. Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized. Assist with inventory counts and material organization. Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments. Support the operations team with daily tasks and projects. Learn new responsibilities as you grow within the company. Qualifications Basic computer skills. Comfortable using email and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills. High attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
