The Scheduler plays an important role in coordinating caregiver schedules to ensure our clients receive reliable, consistent care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is a solution-oriented professional, and can stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules based on client care needs and caregiver availability Respond promptly to scheduling changes, caregiver call-outs, and client requests Identify coverage solutions when schedule changes occur Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff Develop positive working relationships with caregivers and clients Maintain accurate scheduling information and documentation Work closely with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care Assist with other administrative and scheduling-related responsibilities as needed We're Looking for
Someone Who:
Is highly organized and detail-oriented Has excellent communication and customer service skills Can effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Is dependable and follows through on responsibilities Is strongly solution oriented, resourceful, and able to think quickly and effectively when challenges arise Works well independently as well as part of a team Maintains professionalism when handling stressful or sensitive situations Is comfortable using computers and learning scheduling software Previous scheduling, staffing, healthcare, home care, or customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Schedule:
30-40 hours per week
Starting Pay:
$20-$21 per hour, depending on experience
