What You'll Do Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on storm-damage leads to introduce ESP's solar services. Have genuine conversations with homeowners and book free inspections for our inspection team. Network with property managers and past customers to generate referrals. Log your leads and appointments in our CRM (we'll train you on everything). Hit weekly appointment goals and stack commission and bonuses for every inspection you book. What We Offer $25/hour base pay available for maintaining quotas
