Legal Operations Coordinator

Job Description Our client, a top entertainment and media company, is looking for a Legal Operations Coordinator to support the Corporate Legal team in Burbank, California with records management, document handling, and administrative coordination. The position is highly detail-oriented and involves both physical file management and digital database updates. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with systems, and able to manage multiple workflows across legal records and invoicing processes.
Assignment Length:
Approximately 6-month assignment
Schedule:
Full-Time Onsite (two offices nearby each other) Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay Rate:
$36/hour Responsibilities Prepare, receive, ship, and quality check records boxes Index and catalog box contents for tracking and retrieval Migrate microfiche and physical files into digital systems Perform data entry and maintain Legal Records Tracker and Iron Mountain Connect Assist with migration of NEST and Copyright (Accuroute) files as needed Scan, organize, and retrieve legal documents Post law firm memos and assist with document research and retrieval Track vendor communications and invoice activity Manually process one-off invoices and support invoice tracking Update and maintain internal process documentation
Required Qualifications:
