Job Description:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environmentGreet guests, support onsite interviews, and provide office tours for new hires and visitorsManage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveriesMonitor and replenish office supplies, kitchen inventory, and workplace resourcesAssist in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully functional office environmentSupport scheduling and logistics for internal meetings and interviewsAssist in planning and executing team events, company celebrations, and onsite programsRespond to calls and emails on behalf of the operations teamCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution of projectsMaintain shared calendars and scheduling systems for internal visibilityPrepare onboarding materials, workspace setups, and Day 1 logistics for new employeesSet up workstations, including equipment and necessary toolsSupport employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive company cultureProvide general administrative assistance and support special projects as needed
