$52,000- $55,000+ per year, depending on experience and qualifications About ARMS Logistics ARMS Logistics is a Southern California-based full-service logistics company providing Freight Forwarding, Drayage & Trucking, and 3PL Warehousing services .
- Import & Export Drayage & Trucking 3PL Warehousing & Distribution Job Responsibilities Perform daily logistics operations and administrative functions Coordinate import and export freight forwarding shipments Coordinate drayage and trucking operations Coordinate warehouse receiving, shipping, and delivery schedules Communicate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, truckers, warehouses, and other vendors via email and phone Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates Prepare and maintain shipment documentation and operational records Assist with problem-solving and coordination throughout the transportation process Perform other logistics and operations-related duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to communicate in English and Korean Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Basic proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Warehousing, or Logistics experience is preferred but not required Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in building a professional career in logistics are encouraged to apply Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Compensation Starting Salary:
$55,000- $62,000+ per year Compensation may be adjusted based on prior experience, qualifications, and job responsibilities.
