Entry-Level Import Operations Specialist

We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Import Operations Specialist to join our growing logistics team. Responsibilities Manage the full cycle of import operations (ocean shipments) from booking confirmation to final delivery. Work directly with customs brokers, port terminals, trucking companies, and customers to ensure smooth operations. Review and process documents such as ISF, Arrival Notice, Customs Clearance, and Delivery Orders. Coordinate with overseas agents and suppliers in English and Chinese. Resolve operational issues and find practical solutions to support customers efficiently. Requirements Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Import operations experience preferred (NVOCC/Freight Forwarder). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and logical thinking. Bilingual English & Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) - able to read, type, and speak fluently to communicate with clients and overseas offices. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor's degree a plus). Able to work onsite at Chino, CA.
