Job Description

About the role We're a growing e-commerce business looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day processing of our orders. You'll own orders through their full lifecycle — from import to close-out — across several software platforms and web portals, manage processing for a number of accounts, and coordinate with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner and warehouse to make sure every order ships correctly. This role is a great fit for someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and enjoys following processes through to completion. What you'll do Process orders end to end: importing orders into our ERP (Sage 100), verifying correct item pricing, and closing orders out across their respective platforms Manage order processing for a select group of accounts Process and ship customer requests for replacement parts Manage order documentation and close-out, including sending ASNs and invoices and confirming orders are completed in each system Move tracking information between platforms and ensure orders are packed and invoices posted Research and resolve order processing issues that come up across systems Handle inventory management within the ERP, including assigning inventory to orders and moving inventory as needed Coordinate with our 3PL partner to determine fulfillment: researching whether orders can be fulfilled by the 3PL or need to ship from our warehouse, and preparing those orders for shipment (batching, generating shipment details and materials) Retrieve order-related information — sales, tracking, invoice data — for team members as needed Provide occasional basic computer help to colleagues What we're looking for Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, web portals, and platforms; a strong intuitive grasp of how user interfaces work and what systems can and can't do Highly detail-oriented, especially around pricing accuracy and order completeness Able to follow multi-step processes reliably and juggle multiple orders and systems at once Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP and/or EDI systems (such as Sage 100 and TrueCommerce) is a plus — training provided Basic Python knowledge is a bonus and would support some data analysis tasks, but is not required
