Built around the kind of food people crave again and again—great burgers, thoughtful snacks, cold milkshakes, and grab-and-go items made with real care. It's Americana at its core, viewed through a subtle, modern lens. Familiar, but not predictable. Comforting, but precise. Tiny's brings a chef-driven standard to an everyday format. Our goal isn't to overcomplicate simple food—it's to execute it exceptionally well. Quality ingredients. Intentional technique. Clean flavors. Consistency, every time. Duties Coordinate between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of orders Monitor food preparation progress and communicate updates to the front-of-house team Verify order accuracy before serving, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards Assist with food handling, plating, and presentation to maintain visual appeal Support kitchen staff with food prep tasks when needed, including portioning and garnishing Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Maintain clear communication during service to prevent delays or errors in order fulfillment Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and food handling procedures required Experience with banquet service or large-scale catering is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure Familiarity with hospitality standards, including serving and bussing duties Basic understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards Prior hotel or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us as an Expeditor and play a crucial role in delivering memorable dining experiences! Compensation:
