Duties Prepare accurate federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, small businesses, and corporations using various accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage Review financial documents including income statements, balance sheets, receipts, and expense reports to gather necessary data for tax filings Analyze client financial information to identify deductions, credits, and potential savings opportunities Stay current with changing tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize client benefits Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients, providing guidance on financial planning and recordkeeping best practices Assist clients with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation using accounting software tools Support marketing efforts by building strong client relationships and promoting our tax services Skills Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and public accounting practices Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and other financial management tools Extensive tax experience with knowledge of current tax codes and filing procedures Excellent analysis skills to interpret financial data accurately Exceptional math skills combined with high typing speed (10 key typing) for efficient data entry Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients Sales aptitude to promote additional services and grow client relationships Technical accounting expertise including bookkeeping, corporate accounting, and financial analysis skills Join us today to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier tax solutions!
