English Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role involves scheduling responsibilities under the supervision of a team lead and one of the company's directors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, excel in multitasking, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for contributing to the daily operations and success of our company. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and messages and routes to appropriate departments. Scanning, filing, faxing, and photocopying files. General maintenance and upkeep of all common areas of office including but not limited to cleaning toys, rearranging furniture, and sanitizing the office. Coordinating permanent schedules based on client and staff availability Work various departments to coordinate staff location needs for all regions of the company Oversee staff and client cancellations (i.e., notifying departments, ensuring make-up hours are completed) Resolving client scheduling issues within 24-48 hours Ensure staff and client schedule policies Ensures that the schedule systems are updated daily Provide additional administrative assistance to the clinical and scheduling departments as needed Audit client and staff schedules to ensure appointments align with CSH protocols and requirements. Generate reports to ensure all appointments are ready for payroll processing. Experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or medical office administration is preferred
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and electronic health records systems
