Business Operations Coordinator Location:
Cypress, CA Fully On-Site Schedule:
8:30 AM - 5:00

Time Pay Rate:
$23/hr Key Responsibilities Provider Outreach — Complete 60+ outbound calls daily and schedule appointments via phone, mail, fax, electronic systems, and field coordination. Appointment Coordination — Partner with field retrieval technicians to ensure timely and accurate scheduling. Cross‑Team Collaboration — Share assignment details with onshore and offshore teams to support retrieval workflows. Provider Support — Respond to provider questions, research updates, and provide status information. Inbound Call Handling — Support inbound calls and manage internal and external correspondence. Productivity Management — Maintain high output to meet daily, weekly, and project deadlines. Issue Resolution — Troubleshoot provider concerns, implement solutions, and escalate unresolved issues. Quality Compliance — Follow project protocols and maintain a minimum 90% quality score. Special Projects — Complete additional assignments as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage high‑volume outbound calling Experience working with healthcare providers preferred Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Comfortable collaborating with global teams
