Job Description

We are Plumbing & Heating company looking for a highly capable, tech-savvy AI & Technology Operations Specialist to support our Principals, Operations Manager, and growing team. This is a unique, hands-on position combining AI, technology, IT systems, office operations, and executive support. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally comfortable with technology and AI, but who is equally comfortable stepping away from the computer and taking ownership of whatever needs to get done around the office. The right person is resourceful, organized, technically sharp, and naturally sees problems through to completion. Whether it's troubleshooting an AI agent, setting up a new employee's laptop, preparing technology for a company training, installing a whiteboard, creating a performance leaderboard, or simply replacing a light bulb — your attitude should be: "I can figure that out." AI & Automation Advanced use of AI tools and prompting techniques Work with and troubleshoot AI agents and agentic workflows Help manage, troubleshoot, customize, and scale our AI-based CRM platform Develop and improve prompts, workflows, and automations Test AI systems and troubleshoot unexpected behaviors Research and evaluate new AI tools and capabilities Identify opportunities to automate repetitive company processes Help develop our long-term use of AI across the business Train and assist employees in effectively using AI tools Technology & IT Systems Set up and configure PCs, laptops, iPads, phones, and other devices Manage Windows and macOS computers, including updates, resets, and device wiping Manage company tablets & Jamf + Apple Business manager Manage fleet GPS tracking system Manage company email provider. You should understand effective prompting, be comfortable experimenting with AI agents and automation, and have the technical mindset to troubleshoot unfamiliar systems. At the same time, no task should feel beneath the position. You should be just as willing to solve a small office problem as you are to work on an important AI or technology project. You don't need to know the answer to everything on day one. You do need to be resourceful enough to research it, troubleshoot it, use AI and other resources effectively, and get to the answer.
