Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator/Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and professional Orthodontic Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator to join our orthodontic practice. This dual-role position is responsible for maintaining an efficient clinical schedule while guiding patients through treatment recommendations and financial arrangements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and confident in presenting treatment plans, with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Experience taking digital records, including iTero scans and orthodontic x-rays, is preferred. The ideal candidate is comfortable using dental technology and assisting with the collection of accurate diagnostic records to support patient care and treatment planning. Responsibilities Coordinate patient appointments in alignment with treatment timing and provider availability Monitor schedule changes, manage cancellations, and maintain a short-call list to proactively fill open time Present orthodontic treatment plans and financial arrangements with clarity and professionalism Verify insurance benefits and communicate estimated patient financial responsibility Educate patients on recommended treatment and outline next steps Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment to support timely case acceptance Take diagnostic records if needed

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
