Patient Scheduler

Job Description o Schedule hospital based services and procedures in accordance with provider orders and organizational guidelines. o Obtain and track prior authorizations from payors for scheduled services. o Review documentation to confirm completeness and authorization requirements. o Communicate with payors, provider offices, and internal departments to resolve authorization issues. o Update appointment and authorization status accurately in Epic.
