This is an excellent opportunity for a scheduler looking to work on large-scale projects while partnering closely with project managers, superintendents, and executive leadership.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update project schedules utilizing Oracle Primavera P6Create baseline schedules and monitor project progress against planned milestonesPerform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and potential delaysCollaborate with project teams to gather schedule updates and forecast project completionAnalyze schedule impacts resulting from changes, delays, and unforeseen eventsAssist with preparation of recovery schedules and mitigation plansSupport schedule-related claims, delay analysis, and dispute resolution effortsGenerate scheduling reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersMaintain schedule documentation and ensure compliance with project requirementsQualifications2+ years of construction scheduling experienceProficiency with Oracle Primavera P6Understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling principlesExperience supporting commercial, industrial, infrastructure, mechanical, or heavy construction projectsAbility to analyze schedule impacts and communicate findings effectivelyStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuitePreferred QualificationsExperience with delay analysis, forensic scheduling, or claims supportUnderstanding of project controls and cost/schedule integrationBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related fieldExperience working with general contractors, specialty contractors, or engineering/construction consulting firmsBenefitsFull Benefits Included
