Job Description
Floral Operations & Inventory Coordinator (Part-Time) Part-Time (25-32 hours per week) Gilroy, CA Job Summary We are a busy wholesale floral operation seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floral Operations & Inventory Coordinator to support our daily operations. This position plays an important role in managing inventory, preparing transportation paperwork, assisting with sales support, and handling general administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computers, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced floral distribution environment. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Track incoming and outgoing floral inventory Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts Monitor stock levels and help organize product storage areas Transportation & Waybills Prepare and process waybills and transportation documentation Maintain shipment records for incoming and outgoing deliveries Coordinate paperwork for drivers and deliveries Sales & Order Support Assist with entering and processing customer orders Support the sales team with product availability and order details Maintain accurate order and sales documentation Administrative Support Perform general office and administrative duties Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper) Communicate with team members, drivers, and customers as needed Computer & Data Entry Enter and maintain data in company systems and spreadsheets Use email, spreadsheets, and basic office software Ensure accurate and timely record keeping Qualifications Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
