Business Operations Assistant Counterpoint Research USA Irvine, CA Job Details Part-time $22 - $25 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Sales support Administrative experience Data management Attention to detail Office experience Full Job Description Business Operations Assistant (Part-Time) Counterpoint Research is looking for a part-time Business Operations Assistant to support our U.S. team with day-to-day finance, administrative, HR, and sales operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different areas of business operations in a global company. Responsibilities Assist with invoicing, payment follow-up, expenses, and other finance-related administrative tasks Handle mail, documents, shipments, and general office administration Support employee onboarding/offboarding and company asset tracking Assist with CRM updates, data/document management, and other sales operations tasks Coordinate meetings, reservations, events, and other business logistics Provide general operational support as needed Qualifications Detail-oriented, organized, and strong with follow-through Good written and verbal communication skills Consistent morning availability Korean language proficiency preferred Able to handle confidential company and employee information with discretion Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
